 At Rick’s Machine Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering top-quality performance parts and engine components. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

 To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
   
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
   
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
   
• Some products are non-returnable (see list below).

• Contact us at Sales@ricksmachineshop.net with your order number and reason for return.
   
• If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping information.
   
• Ship the item back in secure packaging.
   
• After inspection, we’ll process your refund within     5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
   
• A 15% restocking fee may apply.
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong or damaged item.

 The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
 

• Opened or installed gaskets, bearings, and sensors
   
• Electrical components
   
• Special order or drop-shipped items

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.
   
• Use a trackable service and keep proof of return for your records.

 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if applicable.
